The public comment period for the Ledcor South Maui Properties and Improvements EISPN will be open from December 8, 2022 (12:00 AM HST) to January 9, 2023 February 7, 2023 (11:59 PM HST) .

Based on the input received from an attendee at the December 15, 2022 scoping meeting, we will be meeting and exceeding the request and extending the EISPN comment period until the close of the February 7, 2023 ERP comment period, which is the day before the maximum allowed 30-day extension of an EISPN comment period per HAR Chapter 11-200.1.
